Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • All approved returns receive store credit (no cash refunds)
  • Items must be unworn/unused with original tags attached
  • Customer covers return shipping costs unless item is defective
  • Defective items: Store credit plus we cover return shipping

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at hello@thelocalneon.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. For defective items, attach photos showing the issue
  4. We'll provide return instructions and issue store credit upon receipt

Store Credit Details

  • Store credit issued within 5-7 days of receiving returned item
  • No expiration date on store credit
  • Can be used on any future purchase
