Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- All approved returns receive store credit (no cash refunds)
- Items must be unworn/unused with original tags attached
- Customer covers return shipping costs unless item is defective
- Defective items: Store credit plus we cover return shipping
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at hello@thelocalneon.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- For defective items, attach photos showing the issue
- We'll provide return instructions and issue store credit upon receipt
Store Credit Details
- Store credit issued within 5-7 days of receiving returned item
- No expiration date on store credit
- Can be used on any future purchase
